44mmk Terms & Conditions and Service Policies

§ 1Introduction and Scope

These terms and conditions (referred to in this document as the "Terms") apply immediately to every player who visits, registers, or plays on the 44mmk platform — https://44mmk.im.

Continuing to use the platform means you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any provision, you are asked to stop using the platform.

Please note that 44mmk may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised date will be shown on this page and the changes take effect immediately.

§ 2Account Registration and Eligibility

Only those who meet the following requirements are eligible to register an account at 44mmk —

• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Must be playing of your own free will. Playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Each person may open only one account. Additional accounts are not allowed.
• You must register with accurate and complete personal information.

44mmk reserves the right to refuse service to players from any region for legal, technical, or security reasons.

§ 3Account Security and Responsibilities

Players must keep their 44mmk account login credentials — username and password — in a secure place and must not share them with any third party.

• All payments and gameplay made through your account are considered your own responsibility.
• If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, contact 44mmk customer service immediately.
• If an account is accessed from multiple locations or IP addresses at the same time and shows suspicious betting patterns, 44mmk has the right to temporarily suspend it for investigation.

44mmk is not responsible for losses caused by a third party accessing a player's account without the owner's knowledge or permission.

§ 4Deposits — Terms & Conditions

You must deposit funds to the platform before you can play. Accepted payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay.

• Each deposit must be at least 10,000 Ks.
• Players must deposit using their own name only. Third-party deposits are not allowed.
• Credits are normally added immediately after your deposit is verified, but please be aware that delays may occur due to technical reasons.
• 44mmk may review withdrawals requested before any gameplay has taken place after a deposit.

§ 5Withdrawals — Terms & Conditions

Players may withdraw funds from their 44mmk account once the balance and any applicable bonus requirements have been met.

• Withdrawals of less than 30,000 Ks cannot be submitted.
• Withdrawals are paid only to the same payment service you deposited with — KBZPay, Wave Money or AYA Pay.
• Withdrawals normally arrive within 10 to 45 minutes, but please be aware that delays may occur depending on bank and payment service processing times.
• When a withdrawal is being reviewed, players are required to cooperate with identity verification (KYC).

§ 6Welcome Bonus — Terms & Conditions

44mmk's welcome bonus gives you a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

Example:

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 40,000 Ks → Total balance 60,000 Ks → Wagering required: 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total balance 420,000 Ks → Wagering required: 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

• The welcome bonus is available once per player only.
• You can check which games contribute toward the wagering requirement in the 44mmk Game Contribution guide.
• The bonus must be used within the specified bonus period to remain active. 44mmk may cancel the bonus if the period expires.
• Bonuses may not be sold, transferred, or used to purchase other bonuses.

§ 7VIP Service — Terms & Conditions

44mmk VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are awarded based on a player's regular wagering volume, account activity, and service policy. VIP progression is not determined solely by deposit amount — it takes into account overall playing patterns and is assessed on an ongoing basis.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

44mmk reserves the right to suspend VIP service if a player is found to have violated the VIP relationship code of conduct.

§ 8Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited for all players on the 44mmk platform—

• Intentionally and repeatedly exploiting technical bugs to gain unfair advantages
• Bonus Abuse — playing solely to collect bonuses with no genuine gameplay, then attempting to withdraw
• Chip Dumping — deliberately losing to transfer funds to an accomplice
• Collusion — cooperating with other players in ways that harm the platform or other players
• Using bots or automated software tools
• Using 44mmk's name, logo, or brand without permission

If any of these violations can be proven with clear records, 44mmk reserves the right to close the player's account and forfeit their funds.

§ 9Dispute Resolution

If a player is unhappy with any decision, they can seek resolution through the following two steps—

• Step 1 — Contact our customer service team immediately via 24/7 Live Chat and describe the issue
• Step 2 — If Step 1 does not resolve the issue, you can write in more detail to [email protected]

The 44mmk customer service team will review the information provided and make every effort to respond promptly. For any matter, 44mmk's decision is final.

§ 10Legal Limitations and Disclaimers

44mmk is not responsible for a player's gaming losses, loss of income, or personal financial problems. By registering and accessing the platform, players agree that they take full responsibility for any losses arising from use of the platform.

• Players acknowledge that game result integrity and the game engine (RNG) are technically audited and overseen by 44mmk's partner game providers.
• 44mmk is not responsible for gaming losses caused by internet disconnections or device failures.
• Players are responsible for managing the security of their own personal information, guided by 44mmk's Privacy Policy.

§ 11Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

If a violation of these terms is clearly supported by records, 44mmk may —

• Issue a temporary suspension or permanent closure
• Forfeit bonus funds — and any winnings obtained through gameplay linked to the violation
• Only the genuine deposit balance may be returned once the review is complete
